All product pricing, order settlement, refund settlement and all transaction behaviors on instantpotusshop are uniformly priced and settled in USD. No other currency settlement methods are supported.

2. Order Processing Rules

After the customer completes the payment successfully, we will process and arrange order shipment within 1 to 3 working days. All orders are subject to inventory verification. In case of inventory shortage or order exception, our customer service will contact the customer actively for coordination and solution.

3. Shipping and Delivery Terms

We provide free worldwide shipping services for all products with zero shipping fees for all global orders. The estimated delivery time for all domestic and international orders is 6 to 12 working days. We support expedited delivery services for eligible orders.

4. Return and Refund Terms

Customers enjoy a 60-day return right for eligible purchased products. After the returned goods are verified to be qualified, the refund will be completed within 5 to 10 working days. All return and refund behaviors must comply with our official Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
